All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Domestic shipping is through Canada Post Parcel service.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We do offer free shipping on liquid fertilizers Canada-Wide with purchase of 4L or more.
Free local delivery is available for:
- Orders within a 10Km radius of our office
- Orders above $200.00 and within a radius of 70Km of our office
- Orders above $500.00 and within a radius of 160Km of our office
Deliveries are made from 8am-5pm Monday to Friday unless we contact you and arrange a different day and time. We will contact you with a time of delivery.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our offices (Located within Anseeuw Brothers Ltd.). After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-3 business days. We will contact you when your order is ready along with Pick-Up Instructions.
We offer international shipping to the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Growforge is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We can ship to P.O. boxes!
Some products(live insects) that we sell will have a longer processing time due to the fact that we need to order these in first before sending them to you. There is information about this within each product listing and we will also notify you when you place a order for these specific products.
