Our Elite Seed Blend contains: 

• 30% SR2100 Kentucky Bluegrass 
• 20% Mercury Kentucky Bluegrass 
• 20% Fielder Kentucky Bluegrass 
• 20% Boreal Creeping Red Fescue 
• 10% Fiesta IV Perennial Ryegrass 

Each of these grasses has been chosen for their specific characteristics, such as drought tolerance, disease resistance and overall aesthetic appeal. Our seed blend is perfect for elite residential applications and it is easy to plant and maintain. Simply prepare the soil, spread the seed, and water regularly(and don't forget to fertilize). With proper care, you can expect to see sprouts within a week, and a healthy lawn within a few weeks.
